Go Bouncy is a local company with an interest in serving local customers. Therefore, we do not hire castles to areas outside our delivery zone. As a general rule, we deliver to areas in the North West and Manchester, which covers Bacup, Bury, Chadderton, Rochdale, Middleton, Milnrow, Oldham, Rossendale, Royton, Wardle, Todmorden, Rawtenstall, Aston-U-Lyne and Whitworth. If you live in or near one of these areas, we’ll deliver to you! If you’re not sure whether you’re in our delivery zone or not, just give us a call and we'll let you know.

'Delivery' doesn’t just mean we’ll drop the castle off and collect it later. We make sure every castle is totally safe, and the only way to ensure this is to install them ourselves. So when you hire a castle from Go Bouncy, we will:

1. Deliver it to your premises
2. Conduct a safety audit to ensure a suitable position
3. Position the blowers and erect the inflatable
4. Make sure you know how to keep it inflated and safe
5. And at the end of the day, we'll deflate and collect it!

All this is included in the fee!

If you want to keep a castle for longer than the original agreement, just let us know at least an hour before the end of the originally agreed time, and we’ll work something out. Extra time costs £10 per hour.
